About
Our mission
To promote and support young adults in entrepreneurship so they can pursue independence and self-sufficiency.
Who we are
Working Hard Youth was founded by Melissa Plunkett M.Ed. and Recel Casuncad M.Ed. on the belief that entrepreneurship can be a pathway to independence for young adults. We pair practical skill-building with mentorship and community connection, so young people can turn ideas into real next steps.
